App Support

The app has been created to provide a seamless user experience. Once the initial Contraindications, T’s & C’s and Privacy Policy has been agreed you are presented with the Session list, which list automatically updates daily.

Session list

On the menu:

  • Agreed Terms – takes you back to the initial page
  • Delete Acc – Resets the app, but does not end subscriptions which are managed by Apple®. Please visit the appropriate section in the App Store® to cancel your subscription.
  • Delete Tracks – Frees up space by deleting the downloaded cached sound files.
  • Session List – Forces a reload of the latest session list
  • Share – Allows you to share the app with others who may find it useful.
  • Subscribe – Select a weekly or monthly subscription

Sessions are available, either as premium or with free options. The duration of a session is fixed, however, the duration for the different inductions, deepeners and emerge tracks may vary. We therefore show only the duration of the main session.

Play Screen

The play screen lets you customise your listening options.

  • Custom Options – Presented after the session summary, lets you change the induction, deepener and emerge tracks. Tracks with (free) next to them do not require a subscription
  • the volume icon on the playback section at the bottom of the app, lets you change the volume of the background track.

Once you have selected your options and downloaded your tracks, the button changes to a play button.

Subscription Screen

The screen lets you choose a subscription, update a subscription on a new device.

In the Cancel Anytime section, press on the “Goto App Store” to be taken to the subscriptions page in the App Store.
